Démarche de qualité environnementale des bâtiments : la certification HQE en Algérie

Abstract

Environmental protection is an international requirement of sustainable development that attracts attention in all areas of life and especially the building sector that has adopted this requirement through the application of environmental approaches, which include in its own content the environmental management system. Through this Master's thesis we discussed the theme of the environmental quality of buildings while explaining the certification of the HQE approach in Algeria by a concrete case like the bank of BNP PARIS BAS ELDJAZAIR. This research was conducted through the set of questions that surrounds the application of the different targets of the HQE approach in Algeria in a built environment in order to have the certification of the high environmental quality, while talking about the procedure to follow for a HQE project. In this thesis we used scientific research tools between an interview with the manager on the operation of the HQE certification of the BNP PARISBAS EL-DJZAIR building, and a state of the art experiment while basing on the observation of the inner spatial quality of different work spaces. At the end of this research we have released a set of results on the process of the approach of the high environmental quality to have a building HQE certified, and also we verified this approach through the case of the bank BNP PARISBAS ELDJAZAIR all by explaining the materialization of HQE targets on the technical and architectural levels and also the quality of interior atmospheres. Through this master, we have recommended a set of requirements that must be adopted in Algeria in order to materialize the high environmental quality HQE approach during the realization of our built environment.
