La revalorisation des communes a grand potentiel touristique comme levier de développement urbain Cas de Stora Skikda

Abstract

Nowdays,Tourism is recognized as one of the most important economic and social activities of the world,Today Algeria is almost unkown a destination that has unfortunately not yet been adequetely exploited unlike other mediterranean countries. In fact, Tourism policy is proposed in Algeria by the diagram tourism development director (SDAT) aims to meet a significant potential demand appreciated in the horison 2025,this strategy relies on the participation of various actors so as to favor consistent and sustainable tourism development that concern the diffrent parts of the country and their communities by contrast and curiously, several sites and areas in Algeria were not affected by this strategy counting in particular littoral sites that have been neglected and marginalized. In this context, this research aims to show the importance of its sites including the necessity of the revitalization of their potential through the reflection of a tourism development which is based on many tools (analysis,survey)that allow to define the objectives and priority issues for proper touist revaluation while studying the case of a region that is well represented,one of these sites is Stora in the sity of Skikda
