Abstract

In our today’s life, thanks to the safeguarding of tangible and intangible heritage, the past and its traces is able to come back to life. That’s why, several studies are interested in this field of study so we can better understand them, recognize them, list them, and finally restore them, with the goal to pass them on to future generations. Intangible heritages are as important as the tangible ones because they allow us to identify ancient aspects of life that we could never see today. Therefore, we attempted in this research to reconstruct the sensory atmospheres of the Hassan Pasha mosque Before 1830 through a set of bibliographical sources composed of ancient descriptive texts.
