Approche structurelle comme facteur d’analyse du projet de Diar El Mahçoul de Fernand Pouillon

Abstract

An important part of the Algerian built heritage, is in an advanced state of deterioration and it is mainly due to the lack of ongoing maintenance. Our task is to do a structural analysis to a residential building (R + 10) in order to understand the constructive system and offer rehabilitation to reduce vulnerability, and protect the built heritage against the risks . To remedy this problem, we had interest, first in knowing the structural system used by Fernand Pouillon for this building. Then, in making assessement of its vulnerability by using the method (AFPS), finally we established the Compliance of the case study on Algerian regulations (RPA 2003), and finally, we offered a rehabilitation in order to reduce the building's vulnerability (R + 10). The conclusions are followed.
