Essai de diagnostic partage d'une cité périphérique devenue enclavée Cas cite la concorde a Bir Mourad Rais

Abstract

The hemmed-in position of the city « La concorde » is a direct consequence of the urban development of Algiers and the particular configuration of its site of establishment. Over the years, the city « La concorde » passed from a city built in the countryside of Algiers to a «central " city suffering from an urban and socio-economic hemmed-in position. With through this work we would like to propose a strategy of opening up of this city, and to achieve our goals, we chose to apply the method known as " shared diagnosis " supported by an analysis of the urban actors concerned with this project of opening up, the directing semi talks and a quiet observation. We will identify the various actors being able to help the opening up of this city and will study, their strategies of action that we will compare with the various strategies actors taken in examples of experiments succeeded of opening up of districts.
