The urban sprawl phenomenon won a huge part of the world’s cities, including the Algerian cities. It’s related to the needs of housings and equipments to satisfy the demographic increase. Also, it’s related to the development of transport. The result of this sprawl is the building of lands which caused the decrease of natural space and biodiversity. Ouarlga’s city didn’t escape to this phenomenon. Its consequences are worst on the increase of natural patrimonial of palm groves and oasis microclimate in a rude desert. Face to this urban sprawl, solutions and measures should be adopted to ameliorate the living mode in the city. One of the best solutions is the regeneration of Ouargla’s city on itself according to its local context by the use of local building materials and recreating the oasis microclimate through palm trees and the Oasis. Also, a good use of water resources, energy, transport and lands helps to develop a sustainable Oasis eco-tourism in order to save this natural patrimonial of the Algerian Sahara.
