Essai d’évaluation post- restauration du minaret d’El Mansourah par le critère d’authenticité

Abstract

The interest given to the heritage and the means put at its diposal in order to preserve it and to develop It, have widely evolved. Today, the probematical concerning historical heritage is directed to the methods and means set to work in the procedures of concervation in order to satisfy the respect of the conditions,and the principles that governe the procedure of restoration . These principles and recommendations, formulated on the international level, must be applied with care in the project of restoring in Algeria.However,the state on site of our restoring projects is more and more alarming, as for instance the last retorations realised during the demonstrations of Tlemcen capital of Islamic culture where a great number of realisations were critisied and put into consideration. To verify the legimitacy of this consideration,we propose, through this research, to realize an evaluation based on one of the buildings concerned by this original experience in Algeria. This evaluation will carry upon the recognition of the degree of authenticity respected during the realisation of restoring worksite of El Mansourah minaret, of the results that will confused with the various restorations known by the minaret. Having as objective the evaluation ex post of the restorations of the minaret of El Mansourah, the research presented must establish an adapted methodology approach so as to answer the objectives we have set. A multicriteria method that will ensure the entire of the necessary criteria to a good judgment of its authenticity. This research has for ambition to subscibe within the framework of a continued control of the efficiency in the restoring intervening though it summarizes in the evaluation of one study case. We wish, through this research, to foccus on the necessity of a better duty of the algerian heritage on the operational field.
